Don't take your truck to...
Cella Ford in New Bern. Especially if you have a diesel.
My '95 F350 Powerstroke 7.3 was in their shop for a whole month and still isn't fixed. They didn't diagnose it correctly, replaced a part that didn't fix my problem, and I got charged over $1,000 for parts and labor.
Their diesel mechanic is hardly ever there, they don't call you back with updates, and they don't seem to know much about diesels. At least not 7.3's.
I had it towed to a different diesel shop in town now.

The HPOP was not getting oil, so the first thing they did was replace the LPOP without checking the IPR or the oil bypass valve.
They also said originally that they were getting oil pressure but it was low, then after replacing the LPOP they had no oil pressure, then they tried to tell me that they never had oil pressure to begin with, even though the invoice says that they had pressure. The service manager said "Oh, I must have typed that in wrong".
Plus they wanted to fill up my engine with kerosene to "unplug it".

Yeah it sounds like you need a new tech, it about has to be the by-pass or the lpop. if the engine were all plugged up you would still have some pressure. about the whole kerosene thing it works great on most engines but I don't think I would try it on a HEUI injected diesel. sorry you're having so much trouble.

I took it to a different shop and they are looking into it. They are checking the bypass right now (I told Cella to do it but they wouldn't even try).
The new shop is suspecting a damaged front cover, which should be able to be visually verified when the LPOP is removed, so Cella should have caught that when they removed the old LPOP.
