So my 07 Limited power folding mirrors decided to start opening and closing by themselves all day today. My wife called and said the mirrors just kept going. The power was off, no key in the ignition at all. THey would stop for a few minutes and then start back up again. They did it a few times after I got home too. It seemed to stop now. Of course, they're not working at all now!! Any ideas?

 

I would pull the switch out and take a look at the contacts. See if they are burned or ,more likely, have corrosion on them from water getting in there.

 

There might be a fuse for them also. Check that.
