what are symptoms of crankshaft sensor going out?

title says it all.....2000 v-10. getting a stumble at part throttle..fresh tune up, new boots and even swapped out the final four original coil packs. new maf, tps and fuel filter swapped a couple of months back. running 87 tow haul tune at present.. sorry but stumble seems to describe it best............thanks

Put your stock tune back on and see if it goes away.

Usually a crank sensor will make it stall. Start it back up, it runs fine until the next stall.

Put the stock tune back and see if it still does it.

Theres nothing in the tune that will cause stumbling and missing. Something else is going on with the truck. The tune might just bring out the issues more than stock. Your truck as higher miles did you ever do a compression check on all cylinders? Also are the battery cables good and clean with a good ground to block I have seen bad battery cables create many issues too.. Can you take a video of stumble?

when i had it scanned at dealership, all cyl were within specs of each other...the tech told me it was in good shape. guess only to know for sure is do a leak down test? thanks for the help guys....not a major issue, just frustrating as hell.......
