1966 is a different story as both 2WD & 4WD Flareside and Styleside production figures are available (ditto for F250 2WD/4WD and F350).
Additional 1966 F100 4WD production figures: Chassis & Cab: 145 / Styleside Pickup: 4,493.
The survival rate for 1960's vehicles is 10%. Y'all can do the math.

Chassis & Cab refers to a truck without any back of cab equipment.
No pickup bed, no nothing was installed, all that's behind the cab are bare frame rails.
When customers want to install special back of cab equiment like a wrecker or utility body, box van or whatever...they buy a Chassis & Cab.
Did'ja know that Ford also offered two different types of Open Drive-Away's?
Chassis & Cowl and Chassis & Windshield, and I'll betcha you've seen at least one of these styles.
Ice Cream trucks (Good Humor, for example) were usually Cowl and Windshields...had no cab at all.
Both are pictured on page 69 in the General Informatiion Section of the '64/72 truck parts catalog.
