Excessive Bump Steer..

Hi guys just bought a 2007 Ex. 4WD, 36k Miles , 20" wheels
Ive noticed that I have a lot of bump steer over highway joints and small bumps. The tires are still original (Pirelli Scorpions) in the front and a set of brand new Scorpions n the back.

Anyone else have this problem on their 07+...?
The front tires still look like they have a good 10k + left on....

I had the 18s on the truck with the Pirellis and never noticed any bump steer. As soon as I moved up to a 20" aftermarket wheel with Cooper Zeon LTZs, I *did* notice some bumpsteer under certian conditions but it's never been severe. I only say it was noticeable due to it not behaving that way with the 18s on it.

I'm sure we'll here from some of the guys/gals who run the factory 20s and what their experiences are with it.

Ill probably end up replacing the front tires, but if its an inherent problem with the 20"s, Ill try to replace them in about a year...

Its because of the 20" wheels you have, I am running factory 22" wheels that are crazy wide and have bumpsteer issues but its all a part of the bigger wheels.
In the winter months I run a set of factory 18" wheels and the ride is a lot smoother and the bumpsteer is not there. You'll get use to it over time just part of riding with bigger wheels.

Thanks Welfare...
The bump steer isnt horrible or dangerous, but it concerns me especially if my wife (who doesnt like driving the Expy..too big) has to drive it...
