Can't Scan Sirius Channels

I have a 2007 Expedition with the factory Sirius headunit. Everything was working fine until a few days ago. Now I can't change the channels off of the presets (using the "scan" buttons). When I try, it goes only to channels 213 or 214. When I cycle through the menus, I can't change it off the "category" mode. Any help is appreciated!

I know this one, hit the menu key (round button on the right) next to the display. The first item that comes up is SAT MENU, Hit OK and then use the side arrows to go to Category. Hit OK and use the up and down arrows to select the category you would like to scan through. I leave it open to ALL CATAGORIES.

Sorry, but that doesn't work for me. I dont have an "OK" to hit on my radio. When I get to the category view and press the up or down arrows, the choices are "Save Song", Delete Song, Delete All, etc.

I've had this happen before, but can't remember how to fix it. It's terrible to get old!!
