Needs some help with some engine codes

My ABS light has been going off every so often in my car. Then a few days ago my CEL went off. So instead of being raped by the dealer I decided to finally use my reward points from my credit card and got me a scan tool with abs on it. When I hooked it up I got a few codes but it also gave me several fixes for all the codes or none at all so I was just looking for advice on where to start with the codes.

C1155 - Left front speed sensor input circuit malfunction
C1145 - Right front speed sensor input circuit malfunction
C1158 - Left Front sensor coherency Malfunction
B1676- Battery pack voltage out of range
C1226 - Brake warning lamp ground short
P0401- Exhaust Gas Recirculation flow insufficent detected

Hmm, must've missed this post 10 days ago. In the future if you don't get a response within a couple of days, bump it up to get some attention.

When the ABS codes get displayed the scanner should specify if they're current codes or in history. For the moment, ignore the one that only say history and see which one(s) say current. Of course you can only get a current code if the ABS light is on.

As for the P0401 code, remove the EGR valve and check the passageways behind it to see if they're clogged with carbon build-up.

Thanks.... Well I tried to take it to the dealer but ended up getting mad and leaving cause of the guys attitude. So The only codes left are 2 for the front left speed sensor. The issue im having with this one is the meaning of them both and also the light isnt always on. sometimes it will pop when i turn it on or it will come on eventually or sometimes not at all. So if the issue was with the sensor directly would it always come on from start. Once it comes on it doesnt go off unless i clear the code. As for the egr valve. I checked it and all the vac's and the hose and they are all clear. So I dont really know what to do next. Also the truck is a 2001

The code P0401 is also sometimes caused by the DPFE going bad. The aftermarket ones have had questionable reliability, so I would stay away from them.

If you can wait I would check with one of our sponsers such as partsguyed. You can usually save a fair amount getting it on line.

If money is really tight you can go to the junk yard and get the DPFE sensors from another expedition, focus (2000), or taurus (2000). Just stock up on those bad boys if you know what I mean.
