im not 100% sure but i think most mechanical parts is inter changable back to 87 or 88 for your truck and 92-96 boddy parts are interchangeable but agin im not 100% sure at least this will bump youback up to the top untill someonethat is anexpert can tell you for sure

looking to do something with my 97 f150 4.6 4x4 front grill and assembly? I'm pretty handy with fabricating but it would be a lot better if I was able to swap with a 04 or after ? Just header and basics? Any ideas?

 

You could try the 1997 - 2003 F-150 forum since that applies to your truck.
