33" tires on stock truck/wheels
#16
Another cheaper option is to go with a body lift, either 2 or 3" will lift the truck enough to fit 33s nicely.
I wouldnt worry about putting 12.5s on the stock rims, I have a friend whos got 33/12.5 on the stock rims. heres a pic of his truck
Not the best pic, but this truck has a 4" suspension lift and 33/12.5 on stock 93 f150 rims

Well thanks guys. It sounds like I better either go with the 31x10.5R15 or the 33x10.5R15 with a 4" lift. Im just not sure if I have the money for the lift. The 30x9.5R15 's that are on the truck now drive me nuts because they look so tiny. And its not all just for looks I go offroading just about every weekend, so the larger tires would be nice. Im not sure if the 31" 's would be much of a difference at all (looks or performance).

You can lift the front pretty easy, a few people run f350 coils which gains you about 1.5-2in, Or go to a junk yard and get the coil spring seats from a 2wd. They are about 1.5in taller.
Im running the f350 coils and 33's look really nice. and so far i have no rubbing issues, but im running a different setup.

i am just reading this and currious on my 93 f150 i replaced the rear leafs with 1989 f250 leafs and i have them on their with out the lift block and i want to raise the front end cause it sits lower than the rear and i want to add the lift blocks on the leaf springs what size lift would i need for the front? 2in,3in, or 4 in? i want to add a little lift to the truck. i have 31 bfg ats on their now. want to get bigger tires soon. not trying to thread jack.

Hey fulldraw i have the same truck as you and i actually have 31 bfg all terrains on it now and they just look to small im currently looking for a set of 33s to put on and mine is completly stock so ill probably have to space the bumper or trim it so they dont rub. You will be much happier with 33s but intell you put a leveling kit on it dont flex the front to much or like previosly stated you may be looking for new fenders lol
