Depends on year. My machanic said my old turbo from my early 03 pushed 22 and the replasment turbo from a late 04-07 will hold at 25, Could be wrong though, Just what I heard
It would also depend on rather or not it's tuned, geographical factors(thicker air, thinner air etc) and a couple of other factors as well. I've heard of some people not being able to get more then 27, while I have heard some get 35.
My 03 is stock. At WOT I can get it up to around 22-23. I am at 4500-5000 ft in elevation here in UT. I have not checked it yet with a trailer on it to see if there is a difference.
Pulling a 13k trailer I am getting 25 to 27 when I get on it. The boost gauges don't have a very definitive graduation in this area so it is a close assumption of the gauges position.
Unloaded, my truck makes about 22-25 stock, about 29 with Xtreme street tune. Xtreme drag race/sled pull tune while pulling at the truck pull I have seen 37+

~47psi, blew the clamp that held the downpipe onto the turbo, so the downpipe was 2 inches from the turbo when I checked it the next morning. That was not a good noice to be hearing on v-day last year.
