It would also depend on rather or not it's tuned, geographical factors(thicker air, thinner air etc) and a couple of other factors as well. I've heard of some people not being able to get more then 27, while I have heard some get 35.

My 03 is stock. At WOT I can get it up to around 22-23. I am at 4500-5000 ft in elevation here in UT. I have not checked it yet with a trailer on it to see if there is a difference.

Pulling a 13k trailer I am getting 25 to 27 when I get on it. The boost gauges don't have a very definitive graduation in this area so it is a close assumption of the gauges position.

During my conversation with the tech last week, he told me that it should be making at least 20-25. That's for a stock non-tuned truck.

And not much more. 28 to 29 should be max for a stocker.

Unloaded, my truck makes about 22-25 stock, about 29 with Xtreme street tune. Xtreme drag race/sled pull tune while pulling at the truck pull I have seen 37+
