Ya i got the Haynes.
Btw, that kind of ridiculous comment isn't warranted nor needed. You obviously have little idea yourself about a copy right...and less about service manuals because the haynes and chilton or whatever are garbage. Great to have when you've got nothing else though.
Building and fixing trucks is about having fun -- WHY CONFUSE PEOPLE OR TIE UP THE INTELLECTUAL FLOW??!?! crazy.
Ever heard the song, "The big three killed my baby"??
anyways -- got any pdfs?

I suppose being demeaning, begging for things you should be paying for is fun and intelligent as well.

Be advised that displaying a "what are you all going to do for me" attitude no sooner than you've joined this forum is the last way to get the kind people on this forum to spend their free time helping you out.
I'd say Jermafenser summed it up pretty well.

I wasn't meaning to be offensive or rude. I wasn't looking for any pirated stuff or illegally copy written materials. I'm more than familiar with Haynes and I know first hand how they are often incorrect or just not that great.
YotaTech for example...yeah, YODI's...the 80's 4Runners seem to be built off the 70's Ford trucks concepts and are pretty mean -- LOTS of manuals were created and shared for free...(haynes has a 4 page engine rebuild section VS 124 page).
I don't know how that got so much heat fellas...I'm in Hawaii so maybe i'm just a lil too laid back or something??
Anyways, it makes it nice when you have full in depth sections that look like law books.
On another note...it was fun working for over 12 hours today on my truck...even took out the fuel tank
iF ya'll need help though on anything, hit me up. My nieghbor was a professional welder, buddy's an electrical engineer, and right now the mountain is a FORD pro and lots and lots of country boys out here

You can get the FSM on CD here: Home Page Detroit Iron Information Systems
I've only owned 2 other FSM's/TSM's over the years - one for the 1980 AMC line and 1 for the 1989 Plymouth "M"-body cars... I don't think I've ever seen anyone put an FSM/TSM up for free download anywhere - not only is there a copyright violation, but the information contained in one of these manuals would make it quite an endeavor to share like that...
