95 f150 blowing fuse #18

I have a 95 f150 that keeps blowing fuse #18. It would do it when you shifted out of park. I dropped the steering column and found the wires going to the o/d button had been pinched. I repaire those wires and now the fuse blows as soon as the key is turned on. Any ideas?

What does the #18 fuse go to ?? Your talking about the small OD wires , you have to conect them back together one at a time & make sure there insulated good so the bare wire dosn't touch each other or any thing else ...Lew
