1989 f150 build

Ok so here is my plan I am doing most of this threw clifford performance. I am using there super rebuild kit along with the full setup for the weber triple side draught intake manifold. Ontop of that I will be putting on a ststurbo kit, a twin turbo rearmount kit. My question here is any sugestions on somethin I may need an also anyone know clifford performance? I wonder if there rebuild kit is strong enough.

well with the lack of info, i am guessing you have a 300 CI straight six? make sure the compression isnt raised to high for the turbo. you will also need some major fuel system upgrades to handle the turbo side of things and dont cheap out on computer tuning stuff, a tune will make or break theengine

Oh my bad here's some more info, its a 4.9l 300 5 speed. The turbo setup comes with everythin I need from programing to inline fuel pump oil pump 1000cc injectors all lines needed, intercooler. All pipes eveythin I need. I'm not to concerned about compression because higher compression will lower spool time on the turbos only prob is the high compression may requirer goin from regular gas to premium. My only concers are the rods I have a lot of experience with 4 cylinder audi mortors but this will be my first for so I'm not sure on the strength of the rods. Also any suggestions on suspension setup? I want to lower the truck not sure how much tho.

SACGNS, have you thought about installing a Gen1 Lightning suspension system? That's about as perfect as it gets for handling and stance, man.

I'm sorry, I had a brain fart. I thought you had a 92-96 model F-150. I don't think the Lightning parts would bolt in your '89. Sorry man, I wasn't thinking!
