4x4 shift linkage question
Can someone post pictures of how the linkage from the shifter to the transfer case goes together? I can't seem to find any and my linkage was taken apart before I got the truck and I am not sure the guy gave me all the parts and getting under the truck to switch sucks.

I'm guessing it is divorced but what model is it? NP203s have two rods and therefore two levers that come off the bottom of the shifter while NP205s only have one. Which end do you need to see the shifter on the tail of the trans or the hookup at the T-case?

I only recieved one rod with the truck. It is a divorced transfer case. I will try and take some pictures of my undercarriage today so everyone can see wat I have. I kind of need to see both ends just to make sure I do everything right and hook up both ends of the connecting rod correctly.

Check in this thread - I posted the shop manual shifter linkage diagrams for the '77 250, divorced 205.

That shop manual helps alot but for some reason the place where it should bolt in on my transmission seems to be plugged for some reason. I tried to clean it out thinking it might be just dirt but it is steel. Did the previous owner switch out the transmission with one not from a 4 wheel drive or something? I am kind of at a loss here and would really like to get my 4 wheel drive working without having to crawl under the truck. any help is appreciated.
