The brake pedal fade has to deal with the booster from what I have read.
But if you have not tried the master yet, that sounds like your problem.
They wear out on on the inside and they tend to let fluid back past, thus creating a fading pedal.
Lots of other guys have had sucess with a good master, and the fading pedal installing a zero loss booster.
There are some links on it in the PSD forum for 94.5-97.
You are best off asking in your appropriate forums though.
If my members would check this forum more often, then you'd have your answer sooner, cause on or 2 of the PSD members have dealt with this already.

Have you checked the vaccuum lines and pressures?? Also the rebuilds are not done well and I went thru 3 of them before getting a good one. thank god for getting ones with warranty. They asked if I checked the vaccuum pressure at the auto parts store where I got it.
