You can identify it by the vin code. If you are referring to your 1967 turck the first part of the vin will read F25 meaning that it is an F250 with 2WD F26 is an F250 with 4WD. The next letter i.d.'s the engine size which will most likely read as a "Y" which makes it a 352 if it is the stock motor.
I think the vin is a good indication if you think the truck hasn't been messed with (or changed), but measuring stroke is a reasonably accurate determination. Obviously crank casting numbers are supposed to be the definitive measure... Check prior threads with me as author, numberdummy or instig8r63 (if I remember right) laid out the different sizes based on stroke...
