Exclamation VOLUNTEERS NEEDED, to help with planning for 2010 MidAtlantic Meet!

Need some volunteers to help take the meet to the next level.

Post up if you will help and any ideas you have for next year's meet.

What do we need to make the meet even better in 2010?

well here is one suggestion, I'm still thinking on a ceiling fan setup -incorporated into a trophy case
would be nice to display some of the trophies that the chapters and or members have won
well FTE as a whole

One idea would be to get several volunteers tohelp with the registraton table so 1 or 2 people aren't stuck with it all weekend.

In talking with the Carlisle folks, in order to win the "Coolest Club Hang-out", we have to have a theme. Apparently Ford trucks is not enought. The club tent has to "shout out" to visitors come on in and join us.

They look for what is in the tent to decorate, etc. We actually came in 3rd last year. So if anyone would like to head this up, let us know.
