loose wiper arms
I have a 1998 F-150 and the wiper arms have a lot of play in them. Typically is the play in the regulator or the motor. Both is not an option. Just curious before I dig into it.

wiper arm might have just come loose...pop the cap off and try to tighten it. Happened to me once before

yeah mine got so loose one time it just quit movin at all. Right in the middle of a thunderstorm none the less. Just popped off the cap with a small flathead and tightened it up real good and it was good to go.
