Parts diagram, front axle?

Since I have a job again and I have to do some commuting, I want to do some work to the hubs. But while I have the hubs out and I have 75k on the OE parts, I'd do some other work. Anyone have a parts or exploded view diagram of the front axle. I'm thinking hub bearing assy, the two orings per side, upper/lower ball joints, axle seal and greasing the needle bearing. Any other suggestions of parts to be dealt with while things are a part?

While I'm at it, anyone have some dimensions on the bearing assy grease adapter?

If you still want the exploded view let me know and I'll see what I can dig up.

I have better access to aftermarket parts and I was going to follow the needle bearing and hub lube when I got the parts. Transfer case was simple, and I have a mag hytech on the rear, and they were done with RP at 60k miles.

Exploded would still be helpful so I can sit at a computer and work up a parts list/price. I know dorman has the one (I think it's the hub) seal, but I haven't found the yellow in aftermarket yet, ball joints are simple Moog, TRW, Dana. National should have the axle seal, but I don't know what else I want to tackle so I don't have to pull it apart again.

There's some debate on how necessary this is, but while you're all the way in there, you could also replace the axle u-joints. Mine still felt decent but I replaced them while I was in there anyway.

Regarding Hubs

When I drive, my front passenger side hub clicks and groans in protest to the simple load of driving. I slipped the transfer case into neutral (so i could rock it back and forth from underneath) and found that at certain points the assembly doesn't turn with the tire like the drivers side does, then it will click and start turning. What could be the cause of this?

Here is a PDF File that I put together for you. You will have to download it to see it. I wasn't sure which front axle you have, so they are both on here.

Brd7666,
Thanks for posting that file. I have an F250 to pick up
that is missing the drivers side hub, spindle and arms.
I needed to see what should be under there before I
go see it the first time. I will be loading it on a tilt bed
trailer and towing it home. I was worried on just how I can
make something to load it with.

Thanks
Sean
