NO NO NO A D60 from a DRW is EXACTLY the same as a D60 from a SRW except for the dually adapters and lug nuts. Done. NOT MY OPINION>>FACT!!! They are cheaper because many people think just like you, that the rears are different when in fact they are the same. Not bashing you, just stating a proven fact. And trying to clear up the misconception

Centurion Conversion using bolt on adapters. I understand that these can be unbolted and is basically a SRW Dana 60 axle. . .
but I have also seen a number of these for sale, and these are the style I'm referring too when people ask about converting (at least those I have talked too). . .
Which have actual Dually hubs. . .
Though, the above pics are from a BJ Dana 60. . .here is a king pin dana 60 with actual dually hubs. . .
Is it a year split somewhere? If so, where? I only know what I see, and those are what I run into. . .I state neither opinion or fact on this one, just what I have found. . .

as you said, this is a Centurian conversion. that did not come from ford like that.

I don't think those are bolt on, they are the actual hub. They are machined inside for press in bearing races and have broached splines for internal hubs. The dually adapter part is actually cast into the front of the hub. the rear part has cast and drilled ears for a rotor to bolt onto. . .If they are like the GM dually hubs it is questionable whether you should support vehicle weight on them
