I am looking for a tailgate for a 1979 pickup as I just bent mine today please let me know if you know of one somewhere.

 

Have You looked into a re pop?
I bought one for my 92 F250 and it`s sweet, no rust just waiting to happen as soon as I bolt it on and of course no dents. The best part is that I got it cheap for $80 at a swap meet, unmolested and still in the original primer.
