I have a 10/98 mfr date 1999 F350 SD and I've read about this wheel bearing conversion kit to later 99 so it will be cheaper to fix. Is this true? What do I replace after installing this kit? Just the bearings themselves? I did one and the replacement part was ridiculous expensive(list price was almost $1000!!!!) Luckily I just had to pay about $6-700 for it.
