Question how to replace rear wheel bearings

I am going to replace my rear wheel bearings on my 2002 escape 2wd next weekend, i was hoping for some tips. i removed the drum today to take a look and it appears to me that the rear hub/axle is held in with 4 allen head bolts behind the hub. then i would guess that the old bearing gets pressed off and replaced with new. am i correct in my thinling. i have already replaced both front bearings and they are pretty straight forward. any tips would be great
