Torque specs on 390 Rockers?

Ford sez:
Valve rocker shaft support to cylinder head = 40-45 ft/lbs
Valve cover = 4-7 ft/lbs (half inch nut driver?;)
Intake manifold to cylinder head =40-45 ft/lbs
Oops, but already got it typed out ;)
Cylinder head bolts step 1= 70 ft/lbs
Cylinder head bolts step 2= 80 ft/lbs
Cylinder head bolts step 3= 90 ft/lbs
