My '07 Expedition XLT is going in for routine service Friday morning. The odometer is at 35,600 miles so this is my last week for the overall 36,000 mile warranty.

Any complaints I should have that I haven't noticed? The drivers seat moves very slightly sometimes leaving a stop light and I think I have a bad CD player in the radio.

Other than the hesitation into low gear a few times I've really got no complaints I know of other than these. Anything I should have checked under warranty?

I would definitely bring up the radio and seats. Other than that, if it's not broken....

 

The only issues that I have right now are the driver seat squeaks and the window also squeaks as it moves up and down.

I used to have an issue with the shift timing but that was resolved by the dealer.

Search in the forums about transmission issues there are a couple of TSB's out there.

I ended up paying for the reprogramming cause it was out of warranty 36k+.

I have been fairly happy with the Expy although my gas mileage has reduced from 15.9mpg to 14.7mpg since I purchased it.
