Questions/Discussion For Next Meeting
I'm gonna bring up 2 points for discussion about Maryland Chaper next meeting:
1. What does everyone think about a rule for the Chapter that if you do not post in the Chapter Forum at least ONCE in a ninety day period, you're name is removed from the Chapter rolls.
2. A Chapter member MUST give the Chapter Leader a valid email address and a valid phone number for that member.
And this is just a reminder: Hear me, it is NOT a requirement!! We (the Chapter) will accept a $25.00 DONATION from any member to use as the CL sees fit for Club business.

Members: I posted the above, NOT as a resolution, but just as an idea so you guys can think about this so we CAN discuss it at the next meeting. I HATE to have to make decisions "on the spot". And as our "meeting' aren't that well attended, it may also increase attendance..... well, MAYBE!! LOL

well if ya want my opinion - --- neither one of the 1st 2 seems like a problem-I post usually every 90 minutes if the posts are counted-and I believe the email can be gotten through the site? or so i would think? i know I had to post my email address to join!
and since the last part is a volunteer thing-seems like a good idea? except I think that the donation part should be voted on by the members-like for set up for t-shirts or something!

1. We've already giving the CL our trust as we voted him/her in as the CL, so we should trust him to make any purchases go the good of the club withOUT a vote.
2. As it is a DONATION, it isn't "everybody's money, it's the CLUB'S.
3. We can't even GET the club to MEET, so how we gonna get a quorm together to vote on this? Again, down to trust in the CL.
