Hey Pat, do a couple miles for me on that treadmill, that way I can crash on the couch a couple more hours today!

 

Sorry, I can only do a few myself!!LOL! I was so busy this summer, I just didn't have the time to get on it, and it shows! But, now that I've done my healthy thing for the day, time to plop down in the easy chair for a day of college football!!

 

Jogging gives me the runs!!!

 

My advice to you....don't jog Ken...


I actually don't jog. I power walk.

 

The last time I jogged it registered on the Richter Scale!!!
