put headlight in for 10 minutes at a time.
carefully pry the lens from the base...reheat periodically to keep the glue hot and pliant
be patient and you'll get there eventually

I've had mine done now for 4 months on my pickup zero issues with moisture. I have had my civic's lights done for 2 1/2 years with zero problemes also. if you do it just make sure to clean out all of the old glue where the two peices seal. one side is a channel, U shaped and the other side just sits in. i used a clear silicon with the tapered tip and filled the channel then sat the other peice in (if your careful enough when you take them apart you, the clips wll still hold the 2 halves together while the silicon dries.)

thanks 98greensi...but not for me. I actually really like my OEM FX4's for now
but once my rubber wears out, I'll either buy the Moto Metals 20" rims...or get the 22" Harley wheels. I finally saw a pair in person yesterday on a Black truck with the Orange stripe...I'm in Love. and the chrome/black HD wheels would fit my truck perfectly IMO
somewhere down the road I'll have 20" rims with 35" tires
I also wrapped my lights with string and compressed them for 1 full day until the silicone had fully cured.
