I am installing a Frybrid kit in my 1997 F350. I have done everything except tie in the fuel lines. This is what I have been told to do -


the line from the tank that goes into the pump will now go into the diesel filter, the line from the filter will go to the diesel port on the frybrid feed valve, the common port of that valve will connect to the inlet of the lift pump and the outlet of the lift pump wiull go directly to the IP inlet.

If there is a schrader valve on the filter housing, remove it and plug the hole (these valves work under pressure but not under vacuum and it will be an air leak).

The stock pump will work but when they fail the diaphragm fails and because the fuel tank is higher then the pump, fuel will fill the crancase via the pump pushrod. I remove them and the pushrod then cover the hole with a fuel pump block off plate from NAPA (ask for a fuel pump block off plate for a chevy 350). Then install an electric pump which can be placed closer to the valves and IP and you can prime the lines withotu cranking the engine.

Now the hard part is working out where these different lines are. I see the lines feeding/exiting the lift pump, but where will I find the line that exits the filter and then goes to the injectors.
