08 Expy - Electrical Noise in audio system

Just installed a Ham Radio in my 08 Expy. I built a filter to remove alternator whine. It works great!

On the other hand, I get terrible electrical noise for 10 seconds if I:

Put the key in the ignition
Open a door
Close a door

It's obviously computer related, I assume.

The computer sees the key has been inserted and starts checking the key to see if it's the correct coded key.

The computer sees the door has been opened/closed and needs to keep the interior light son for X period of time.

After 10 seconds the electrical noise completely goes away.

Any ideas what device might cause this any what wires might need ferrite beads installed? I hate to go placing ferrite beads everywhere cause I'd probably have to have 100 on hand to cover everything.

Was hoping someone else might have run into this.

I would be interested in this filter. Mine has this pretty bad as well (2004). I have the audiophile system and if you turn on the radio you can hear the wine if the radio is only like 1 or two notches up, and the whine matches the rev. I had this REALLY bad on my summer vacation. I had my laptop as my 80GB MP3 player, plugged into the read DVD AUX port, and the laptop was on an inverter (Pure Sine Wave 500 watt inverter). The noise wasn't there if it wasn't plugged in, but it sure was noticeable, even at mid volumes, when plugged in. I thought I wouldn't have that issue since I bought a pure sine wave inverter.

Here's a link to the web page for the filter. Don't laugh, it works!

Keep in mind that it must be placed in line with the device receiving the alternator whine. As a filter, it filters out, or blocks sine waves at certain freqs.
