bad reaction, can it be redone???

If bio fails the 3/27 test can it be redone or is it just trash? I tried KOH for the first time and it failed. I've never had trouble with the NaOH but I got a partial reaction with the KOH. I don't want to lose this 30 gal but I don't want to run it in my trucks either, so can it be saved??it made biodiesel it's just not clear and when washed it just turns to mayonase

I used 7grm for my base but I titrated with Naoh solution going on what a friend said. I guess I should have run the test with KOH solution.

YES. definitely. you titrate with the lye you will be using in your process. that was the source of your problem.
