Is that the one right by the bridge? If so they are pretty nice places and think that they have some new ones too. Good luck with the move. If you ever see a silver Dodge with Yes Deere... stickers in the back window or towing a John Deere green pull truck, stop and say hello.

welp, im not sure if u have seen my "i wrecked my truck" post in the kansas chapter, but i need help choosing a shop. My 2 choices in CB are:

VARN'S BODY SHOP

and

COUNCIL BLUFFS COLLISION CENTER

Which one does everyone recommend? I will need quite a bit of paint work done.

Not familiar with either of those. When we got my wife's Lexus back after it was stolen, we used Charlie Graham in midtown Omaha, 42nd/Leavenworth, real close to University Hospital. They did a decent job, the car had a smashed windshield and lots of abuse on the sides and roof, plus the interior was trashed. They were pretty quick getting it fixed.

Ouch, just checked out your truck photos in the KS chapter... Wonder if the jokers who stole my wife's car were chasing tornados with it, it had similar damage!

 

Varns would be my choice. I will see if I can think of anyone else up there.

As for the streets, they really aren't that bad. Everything that runs East to West is an Avenue. North of Broadway is letters (Ave A, Ave B, Ave C, ect). South of Broadway are numbers (2nd Ave, 3rd Ave, 9th Ave, ect). The North to south roads are numbered streets with Broadway being the divider for North and South (N 8th St, ect). Then when you get into some of the neighborhoods and Manawa it is named streets. Hope that helps a little. If you have questions of how to get somewhere, drop me an email.
