if you want to make it from scratch, and have it taste like something other than the box it came from.

brown your hamburger, add spices of your choosing. I like LOTS of garlic, onion, and peppers (red, yellow, green and Banana for zing). drain and remove the meat (for now), add the veggies to the pan and grill until almost tender.

While meat if cooking and your preparing the veggies, in a pot cook your pasta 1/2 a cup of pasta to 4 cups of water. When Pasta is cooked, drain and put to side.

Put meat & veggies back into pan on low heat, add spices & pasta and mix throughly

Honey, Garlic, Lemon, Chicken.

When buying chicken it is important to get air chilled. As the regular crap is water chilled, and your mostly paying for water bloated meat. The water comes out when your cooking and it makes a HUGE mess..

Ok on to my infamous receipt.

4 legs with thigh attached.
1/4 tsp of lemon zest
3 or 4 cloves of garlic (or more)
4 tbls of honey
2 tbls of lemon juice (plus or minus it all depends on consistancy, it shouldn't be runny)

combine ingredients into a small bowl and whip until well mixed.

Place chicken in a cookin pan and place in oven, cook until almost done about 140f, flip chicken and brush mixture onto bottom of chicken. Flip back onto top and brush remaining mixture onto chicken and cook until done (180F). Let sit in oven with heat off for another 2 or 3 mins before serving.

uh no. I refuse to eat Krap Dinner, or most krap from a box. REAL Mac & Cheese tastes better and takes the same amount of time to prepare as KD. I have a 4 alarm Chilli that is hot enough to melt granite. Hamburger helper.... I would rather eat the box it came in.

I post recipes to share things I make... Generally when I am making them, I dont follow a recipe...

I made my honey, garlic sauce the other day. And added about a cup of honey.. thinking "sht that is way too much honey" I just added more lemon, and some lime juice as well, and like 6 cloves of garlic. Cooked the turkey wings, and then added the sauce letting it simmer in the sauce. I was damn good

I found a relly good mushroom suace type recipie on the net the other day. Im a bit of a experimental (maybe mostly MENTAL) chef. I like it hot.

Im gonna try your chicken next time i make it, it sounds good. What is lemon zest though?

I personally start with a recipe, then tweak it, and if its good at the end, I write it down so i remember how to make it next time.

its finely grated citrus peel, in this case lemon But the key is not getting any of the white, and just the outter edge of the peel. tons of flavor without being bitter.
