Driver's Seat Feels Loose

I have an 07 Expy EL and the driver's seat feels loose. When I first accelerate, it feels like the seat "settles" back a little. Anyone else seen this issue?

I wanted to have them look at this when I take it in for the two recalls that I got notice of last week. I am also having a brake squeaking issue that is intermittent and (of course) will not happen when I have the truck at the dealer (I've had them look at it twice).

Thanks in advance for any information,

John

Try moving the seat up a hair or back a hair. I would tell the dealer. Shouldn't shift while driving.

I had this problem when I bought my 2003.5 G35 sedan. Man, Infiniti/Nissan fixed and fixed and fixed the problem until they were out of ideas...OH...and it still does it every once in a blue moon. I hope Ford can fix it once and get the job done.

I have noticed mine rocks ever so slightly forward or backward on occassion.. moving it does nothing to help. I have not bothered mentioning it to the dealer as I think it will be impossible to reproduce the problem as most of the time it sits still..

That is basically where I am. I have noticed it since I got the truck in July, but it hasn't been bad enough for me to go through the hassle of trying to get the dealer to check it. It seems like it might be getting a little worse. I just wanted to see if this was a know problem or if it was supposed to have a little "give" to it.

I had the same problem in my 07 Expy as well. I took it into the dealer for them to take a look at it. They ended up replacing the rack system under the seat. You may want them to do the same. So far the seat is working great

WHAT A COINCIDENCEI have about 8,000 miles on my 07. Just today I felt the front seat rock when I accelerated..When I move back and forth I can still feel it…. Not enough to bring it up with the dealer…

Does your seat also sorta of grind a bit as it gets to the end of the track? Not so smooth.
