How many of you are running 100% biodiesel you have converted in you garage/shop?????????

I have a 2005 6.0 and want your opinions on if it is safe for the truck and worth going through the trouble to convert the waste oil...

It would be nice to stop paying for diesel but also don't want to by a new engine either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I have been making and using my own biodiesel on my ranch for almost 5 years. Presently my cost is still less than $1.00 per gallon, and I'm saving aprox $20,000 per year! You tell me if it's worth it..............

 

I have been making my own Biodiesel for over six months and running it in my 6.0. I can't stop now. No way I can go back to the current diesel prices when mine cost me practically nothing but my time.

He could teach the "how to make biodiesel" class. In fact, if he ever decided to write a "making biodiesel 101" type article in say PDF or MSWord format I could pratically gaurentee it would get posted to FTE's article listing. That applies to any of you professional home brewers.
