I think the rear end idea is good,for what he was doing with that truck.Can't be street legal though?

Audi has rear steer, VW has it. Lots of car manufacturers have it... I cant see it not being legal....

check out bb.bc4x4.com they have a legal section, you can always ask Skidmark, hes a retired cop...
