Specs for your truck according to Chilton's 1987-96 repair manual.
1990 7.5l Hp 230@3600
Tq 390@2200
Not that you would, but don't be disappointed with these number as compared to the newer engines. The ol' 460 makes all of its power pretty low in the rpm range.

Thanks daywalker, I'm thinking about installing a vortech supercharger on it. It has a fe-resh complete rebuild, new tranny, thorley tri-y headers, flowmaster 3" exhaust, 4:10's, and a k&n. I use it mainly for towing, and even though it runs great, more is better in the mountains of Idaho! This should get me to about 475 ft/lbs of torque.

The manual says for a 95 7.5l (460)
hp 245@4000
tq 400@2200
The manual also is not tranny specfic, maybe the manual gives you the extra 5 ft*lbs.

Its a 5 speed heavy duty manual tranny. I don't know what the changes in the 460 was over the years. Probably just tuning the computer.

Daywalker and Pastmaster,
Thanks to both of you for the reply, I've been wondering for a long time what those numbers are. I know what I'm dealing with at the wheels as I have the before and after numbers that Banks boasts for my Power Pack, but, I never knew what was developed at the engine.
Again thanks.

If its not too much trouble I'd like to see those numbers. Just curious about driveline loss and so on. Thanks.

Daywalker,
I'm taking this from the Banks brochure all numbers are read at the drive wheels for a 95 F350 E4OD crew cab with a 355:1 diff. It does not specify dually or not.
............................ Stock truck............ PowerPack
peak HP............... 178HP@3200rpm......... 228HP@3600rpm
upshift point HP...... 126HP@4200rpm......... 194HP@4200rpm
Peak Torque.......... 334ft/lb@1800rpm...... 385ft/lb@1800rpm
downshift point TQ.. 312.9lb-ft@2600rpm.... 377.7lb-ft@2600rpm
best gained TQ...... 212.8lb-ft@3800rpm.... 306.8lb-ft@3800rpm
I don't know why the peak HP and TQ are made at a different rpm than the specs you quoted from Chilton's, but that is what Banks has put in their brochure.
I hope it helps,
Perry
