best deals dealer wanted

What dealer in NJ gives the best deals...my company wants to buy me an 08 F150 and the boss is cheap. They are talking about buying other than Ford and I do not want that to happen!

Thanks
Taz

I dont know where you are at, but I got my truck from Gentilini Ford in Woodbine. I dont know if they the lowest priced dealer but I do know that they come highly recommended and are very good. I am currently in texas and will be residing in VA when I retire from the military but will go to them to buy my next truck.

stay away from those jerks at Loman Ford they are scam artists and try to play all kinds of games Sansone Ford in neptune is not much better.. i have found the guys at Toms Ford (keyport) and Oasis Ford ( Old Bridge) to be much more above board

I've ordered my last 3 trucks from Princeton-Nassau Conoveron 206 in Princeton with all positive results. They just changed to VW. They were a sister dealership to Ditschman in Flemington. I had a good experience with them in picking up and doing all the paperwork for my '08.

Bell Ford on route 27 (Rahway, Colonia border) is reasonable, and match prices for nearly identical vehicles.

Most dealerships (especially the cut-throat, game playing ones) will give you the lowest price *if* you walk in there armed with price quotes from other dealers and are obviously ready to buy - i.e. you've been pre-approved for a car loan or have a suitcase of cash in hand - and willing to take a same-optioned truck of whatever color they have on the lot.

The sale is quick - they don't have to let you test drive and wander the lot, taking them from other potential sales - this is the concept of "low hanging fruit" in sales-speak.

Second, they're getting something off the lot which they are paying interest on an inventory loan. Every month a vehicle sits on a dealer's lot it's costing the more and more money. Some dealers view this as a reason to sacrifice a vehicle to unload it, others try to bury that cost into the price of the vehicle (this is most common with higher priced used vehicles).

I've also heard that was a pretty good place. I've only been there to pick up parts a few years back. But anyone I've heard talking about that place said it seemed good.

On a side note it seems funny to see a place recommended close to where I live. Not sure why though. LOL
