Angry Broke my vice!

I changed a couple u-joint's today, and managed to destroy my old vice, and the new one I bought.I don't think the u-joint's have been changed in my truck since 1976!

Must have been fun. Carnage is always nice. I had a buddy with a 66 pu. Always breaking u-joints. We could change one in about 5 min on the side of the road.

Funny i broke my new vice doin the same a month ago. Driveshaft is workin good though lol. Did my ball joints 2 weeks ago when i did my 8 lug swap up front. No vice around large enough or a press but a piece of pipe and a BFH worked well.

Everyone needs a BFH in the toolbox. There never seems to be a BFH big enough.

I bought a vice toda in Kamloops, paid 3x the money. The guy dared me to try and break it.The first one I got from Japan Tire, the second from Lrdco. Both broke, both crap.I dunno if the new one will be big enough for the ball joint's,may need the BFH!

Some adVICE, when you break your vice, somethimes that can be a good thing, because a vice can become a crutch, and a crutch becomes a habit, and a habit is an addiction. So a broken vice, can be a good thing
