it will be out shortly, the 2009 is supposed to be more powerful, people that buy those tundras just dont know what junk they are getting, if they would watch the testing at silver creek and the testing done by ford on video they would see, also consumer reports recomends not buying one.

I used to work at a toyota dealership and all I learned was to never buy a toyota, especially the damn Tundra. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

I can't vouch on the toyota trucks, but I have been very pleased with the performance and durability of their cars (esp. the hybrids)

Personally, i think its good that toyota passed ford in sales. It will be an incentive for ford to boogie and really design some more efficient and durable cars (they are already WAY better than they used to be). The competition is forcing ford (and other domestic automakers) to realize that they can't just rely on brand loyalty and their past domination alone and that they too must innovate and continue to design better products if they want to keep their #2 status. Heck, all the extra competition means is better vehicles from all manufacturers :-)

Just my $.02
