Toys

Well, I figure we've got a "projects" thread so we may as well have one for "toys" (although I suppose they could be one in the same). Anyway, I'll go first.....

1975 Scorpion Whip 440 snowmobile.....been enjoying that lately (when it runs). We need a little more snow though.
2004 Honda Foreman S......been enjoying that whenver I please. It also comes in handy to pull the snowmobile back to the shop. Usually used for farm work.
My brother has a 1990something Yamaha Exiter II 570 snowmobile that is out here at "the farm".....hopefully will be running soon....

I would just like to say......2 strokes are my weak point.......

What's everyone got?

-Jake

I actually don't have a "toy" right now. I'm looking at getting a 66-67 fairlane sometime in the future. I'd like to build something subtle, yet monstrous. You know, a nitroused 427, but muffled like crazy. just a little something to eat the rice grinders...

toys?? let's see...

I have a 2005 Sportster 883 Custom that's my main form of transportation in the summertime. The wife has a 2006 sporty. Had a 1969 Falcon 2 door sedan with a warmed over 351C and C4 auto I sold awhile back to get a 1939 Ford Tudor Sedan. Finished up the chassis on the Tudor and sold it to get the house we are in now. Also sold a lot of the parts I was going to put in it, all that's left is a 460, Lakewood steel bellhousing and toploader. I hope to find a cheap project to put it in someday, like a late 60's mustang, 66-67 Fairlane, or another falcon.

Almost forgot, the wife had a 1965 Falcon 2 door sedan also, "Nora" was her name. She was a nice little car, had a 200 six with 3 speed I put on the floor. Fun little ride also

I guess the F250 qualifies as my toy now. I sold the Fatboy last year and have been regretting it ever since.

I just joined the forum here a week ago or so. Just saying hi I guess. My "toy" is my 1995 Mustang GTS. I purchased my truck so I can actually go somewhere this winter. The "moo-moo" (mustang) has only 23000 miles on it.

Hey NEBFRD, welcome to the forum! I guess I forgot my two toys (I actually own them with my three older brothers). They are a '68 Mustang coupe, 302 auto, and a 1939 Ford coupe deluxe, that has been totally restored. There, now I feel better!

Hey, when you get a chance, post up a few pics of your truck and toy in your gallery. Let us know if you need any help with that!

1958 f100 300 V6, (my baby)
2001 F250 4X4 ext, cab V10
2008 Red Rocket Hobby stock race car (Malibu)
3 demolition derby cars for this summer (Fury III, pinto hatchback, pinto wagon)
1984 Toyota 4 Runner with 1981 Toyota front end, 38.5" Boggers on chrome rims, 9" suspension lift, 327 bored to a 355 w/dome pistons, edlebrock intake, big 2 barrel Rochester carb, 700 R4 tranny with 2,500 stal converter, NP 208 Transfer case after market guages, dialed in spedometer, new 10,000 lb. winch, custom bumpers front/rear, alum radiator, dual batteries, and its ORANGE!! Awsome fun rig but I would be interested in trading it for a 1955 or 1956 f100 in good shape
I wont even start with what I have owned..the list would never end!

well, here goes nothing lol

1986 toyota pickup 2wheel drive w/ rust wholes the size of ur head...planning on putting a v8 and an auto tranny and a rear end to handle the horses and leaving it all rusty and crappy lol, sure they'll laugh but the look on there faces in the rear view is going to be priceless!!! i'm going to change it's name from 'super yoda' to 'the sleeper'

1973 Allis Chalmers 7030 w/ a 3500 engine i overhauled last fall. about 5000 hours on her and paint is getting a little rough. but for the size of tractor, she's got *****. about 130hp (stock) but i do believe that the pump is cranked 10%, problem is it's so light it's got traction issues. but i do love my 'great pumpkin' lol

That mustang is sweeeeet!! I had a 1995 Mustang GT 5.0 5 speed without a flaw, I had to sell it because I only drove it about once or twice a month when it was nice out, I didnt even attempt driving in the snow with it. Those are awsome cars but it didnt pull my race car to the track....man do I miss that car now....your car is wayyy faster than what mine was though....thats a neat ride!

hmm. toys well I have my 90 Lincoln LSC SC, fully balance and blueprinted 302 bored .030, with lots of goodies, and a vortech A trim, would like a bigger blower, but 9.9:1 compression already is a little high, and a "manumatic" Art Carr full manual aod, 366/365 at the rear wheels, and

my 89 cherokee, 8pt cage, custom front/rear bumpers, and soon to have rockwells and 42" TSL's warn M8000 winch,

also the real toy is my Tmaxx, with a full roll cage. just no room to run it around here.
