Not sure if this is legal to post and if not I am sure they will remove it. They are having the 1st Nebraska Diesel Show + Dyno in Kearney on January 12th at the Buffalo County Fair Grounds. I called the guy yesterday and he said it is Diesel only so guess we Gas Burners can't bring our trucks To register you just need to be at the Fair Grounds between 7 and 9 in the morning on January 12th.
Hmmm...that sounds interesting! I don't see any problem with posting stuff like this George. The more info on stuff like this the better. I wonder what all they will have there besides the dyno? Thanks for the info!
Hey, now there's an idea! Maybe you guys can meet out there, and I can put something together for us to meet out here that day. Share photos and what not.
They have an In-Door Arena that is large enough for these type of events. I called the fair grounds and the show is the 11th and 12th. Tickets can be purchased at KC's or the Fair Grounds. Tickets purchased in advance are $14 for Adults, $5 for Kids on Friday the 11th. $14 for Adults $10 for Kids (3-12 years) on Saturday the 12th. Tickets are $2 more if purchased at the door. I will post more if I find anything else out.
Ages 3-12 huh......well, at the age of 10 most people thought I was 12 so I don't see that working too well......you know, being 6'4" and having facial hair kinda rules out 12.......maybe 13 though....
Pat, maybe you need to have a basement party and we could all come up and bring tools etc. and make short work of the basement. Of course with some of our skills you might be in more trouble than before we started.
What all you gotta do? I do know how to hang drywall.........and basically anything else. For only 18 I sure (think) I know how to do alot of stuff.......

Oh, not that I'm looking to come to Elkhorn and work.....for free.....
Actually, I'm pretty close to being done. I just finished the bar. I have a ton of trim work to do, then that has to be stained/polurethaned. Then, finally, I can hang the 50" plasma that's been sitting in the box for the last two months. Oh, have to put in the tile floor around the bar.
