This kit features our new custom-fabricated fan mounting brackets that you
read about in the Webmaster's article here online, newly redesigned for a
quicker & easier installation. There is one kit for the 2004 - 2008 F-150,
and of course we also have our kit for the 1997-2003 F-150 available under

We are offering this Group Buy in two ways - one is for the kit itself, and

installation for you right here at our shop!

For the 1997-2003 F-150 kit, and the kit for the 2004-2008 F-150, the Group

installation for you, the installation done here professionally at our shop
is just $125!

Everyone will appreciate both the power gains as well as the improvement in
fuel mileage from converting to electric fans, and our new custom fabricated
brackets makes the installation far easier. We have also made a slight
wiring change for the 2004 & newer F-150 that reduces installation time even
further! With our new brackets for both the 1997-2003 as well as the
2004-2008 F-150's, and the wiring change for the 2003 & newer trucks, our
kits are easier to install than ever, and with less work involved. This kit
still should not be installed by a complete novice, some general underhood
experience is still required, but it's now quicker & easier to install,
especially how the fans now mount!

Ken Payne graciously brought up his own Roush Project Stage 3 Truck, which
as many of you will remember we did the Roush supercharger conversion, dyno
work and tuning on some time back. Well, he also brought his truck back up
to our shop again for us to do the installation of our Troyer Performance

There are several options:

FIRST OPTION: This is for those who need a tuning device (a hand-held tuner
to flash the PCM) as well as the actual tuning, all done on our in-house
chassis dyno here at Troyer Performance. For 1997 & newer F-150's that are
naturally aspirated (meaning not supercharged or turbocharged), we are
offering a set of 3 custom tunes loaded into the new XCal 3 tuner and also
including complete dyno work and datalogging to dial the vehicle's tuning in
for a total of just $525 + sales tax!

SECOND OPTION: The second option is for those of you who already own an SCT
tuner - it can be either the original XCal 1, 2 or the new X3, or the
LiveWire, and simply want Troyer Performance custom tuning done on our dyno.
For those with 1997 & newer F-150's that are naturally aspirated, a set of 3
custom tunes to include the dyno pulls & datalogging will be just $325.

THIRD OPTION: The third option is for those who at some point already have
obtained our Troyer Performance custom tuning, but who want our latest
updates for more power and better driveabiity, as well as get a chance to
have their truck here on our dyno so we can datalog it and do any tweaking
needed for their modifications and to make the truck run it's absolute best.
Again, this is for the 1997 & newer F-150's that are naturally aspirated,
and the cost for this work, including all the dyno & datalogging, etc., is
just $199.

FOURTH OPTION: This applies only to those who have FACTORY SUPERCHARGED
vehicles like the 1999-2004 SVT Lightning, the 2002-2003 Harley, and the
2003-2004 Mustang Cobra, and who need a tuning device & tuning. We are
offering a set of 3 custom tunes loaded into the new XCal 3 tuner and also
including complete dyno work and datalogging to dial the vehicle's tuning in
for a total of just $549 + sales tax! There is one note to mention on this,
and that is that this applies ONLY to those vehicles still running the
factory Eaton supercharger (it can be ported). For those who are running
aftermarket superchargers (KB, Whipple, etc.), aftermarket cams & other more
heavily involved modifications, please give us a call & we will go over
those vehicles needs individually with their owners to see what they will
need (as well as make sure they have enough fuel system on them & other odds
& ends) and if a different price will need to be set accordingly.

LAST: For those who have aftermarket-supercharged vehicles, or who have
other types of vehicles and/or needs, we will be happy to accommodate you as
well if at all possible. For those applications please just give us a call

Please note that this tuning is limited to 1996 and newer vehicles, so that
they are OBD-II and can be datalogged properly thru the OBD-II port, as has
been the industry standard for many years now.

One last point on vehicles going onto our dyno is simply that the vehicles
must be in good normal operating condition, properly maintained & with no
obvious fluid leaks. In other words, just the basics so that the vehicle is
in good enough shape to be safely run on the chassis dyno. If you have any

Dang I just bought the kit and the new mounting brackets a few weeks back. I would like to add that the new mounting brackets are great and would like to give Troyer Performance a big thumbs up on it!!!

Funny though was the letter from them stated not to publish pictures of them (mainly the brackets) so that they wouldn't be copied (mainly Jusnes) but notice that in the Installation article on this kit on this site there is a pictures showing them... uh oh
