newbie from york~help?
well i am new on the scene, well f100 wise. I am part way into my work on my new-old truck. And i have bad cab rust issues B. A . D to the point i wonder how the door still works on the passenger side and i still dont know which layer of metal is the origional floor, lol. I was wondering if there are any folks form the york area who wouldnt mind giving me a little one on one advice of what to do. I would like to have some one who knows these trucks point out a few things i am going to need to work on, i am learning but am not 100% sure what i have or what i am looking at.

You could go to the 61-66 forum or the Paint and Body work forum, I'm sure there are guys there that could help you. This site is a mother lode of information.
While your here go to the Pennsylvania Sign Up thread and join the Pennsylvania Chapter, it's a great bunch and a lot of fun. You could hook up at one of the meets with others from your area and around the state.

Look at LCM site and get idea of what panels r out there. Let you know how hard or how many parts have to make your self.
I know I live in Pa (Clearfield County rust belt)and I come to you to get may truck parts (Harrisburg to Lancaster )
But you may want to find a donor truck Or contact a southern parts importer to get a solid cab to start with. It sounds $$$ But figure the panels and your time (if u do it yourself of putting them in. It seems pc beside it always goes next.
Good luck
