Ok I'll keep this short.

I got antifreeze coming out both exhaust manifolds on a 239, what could all be screwed?
tear down is set for tommorrow and I'm preparing for the worse.

Either blown head gaskets (leaking from water jacket into the cylinder) Often blows combustion gasses into the radiator, making the coolant foamy.

or the head gaskets are installed wrong (usually flipped end for end - and the coolant holes don't line up right)

OR - worst case, a crack on both sides between cylinder and valve pocket

I have one with a crack in #6 cylinder to intake. With thermostats in place it'll empty the radiator pretty fast.
