In a word, YES as long as it is the late series (8BA). Actually a 59A would work with a few more adaptations.
I've heard the truck cam is different, but I haven't heard that from the cam people.
Otherwise it's the same engine. Waterpumps will need changed. Might have small drive belts up front where the truck uses wide belts. Oil filter might be located closer to the front than the truck, but drop it in and bolt it up.
I'm not sure you'd even have to change flywheels unless the car's isn't drilled for your truck's pressure plate pattern - there are a couple variations out there.
