Question In-line Heaters ???

I heard from a couple of different people that the newer SD's come with either a tank heater or in-line heater from the factory, this true or someone talking smack??? I've got an 06 f250 an run b20 all summer, and b5 in winter, never had a problem before but don't want to run into the situation of gelled fuel. Winter temps here in WI can get to -20F. I do use DK for anti-gel when it gets cold.

The HFCM contains a heater. I THINK this heated fuel is circulated through the filters and engine then back to the tank.
