Traction bars and tuner question

Traction bars and tuner question
Need some advice here fella's. I have an 05 250 PSD with 6" of lift. Rear lift is blocks. Getting ready to order the XCAL3 from Matt and some of his mild tunes. Should I be concerned about the added power and axle wrap with NO traction bars. Maybe I am paranoid but it seems like the added lift using blocks is not a sturdy setup.

yea you can i have a bds 6" and i could have left the stock block out to make the truck level our put it in like i did to make the rear higher....but i could have used an even taller block to make it higher yet....just dont stack blocks on top of each other....since you used just blocks i would recommend the traction bars the taller blocks will put more stress on the springs and make even more wheel hop....i got mine on ebay bran new for like $280

I have 4in blocks on my truck and I have some axle wrap, but it feels the same to what stock was. I wouldn't worry if your not going to race where your doing 15psi drag launches. I've done 4 wheel launches, burnouts and 50 mph beach cruises with no problems (knock on wood), so I think you will be fine.

yes you will want to get traction bars. i have a 6" lift, but i have springs also, so the only additional block is a 2" aluminum lift block along with the factory cast piece.
i have XCALII with some of SDT's hotter files, and i have SERIOUS issues with axle wrap, i am in BAD NEED of traction bars. ! ! !
