VIN Decode help please

I found a Ranchero and picked it up and need help with the decode please.
VIN is
0A47C142146
Any help would be appreciated and if you need any more numbers let me know please

0 = 1970

A = Atlanta Assembly Plant

47 = Body Style 66B Ranchero 500

C = 429 4V Cobra Jet

142146 = Numerical Sequence of Assembly-Atlanta Plant

thanks man I was hoping it was a matching deal. I couldnt believe it when I popped the hood...

I was amazed when I saw that C engine code attached to a Ranchero 500 !!

That's one rare bird, and it was rare when new.

even better it fired up!!!! How many that year, any idea?
I knew something was up when it had a weird looking horizontal tach, that was the first sign then the cobra emblem on the glove box and it kept getting better...lol

There's a fellow in the Phoenix AZ area that may have the production figures. I don't recall his name but I believe it begins with an M. He's into HiPo Fords and advertises in Hemmings Motor News (hemmings.com). There's a fee for a copy of the build sheet if he has the info. He bought all the data from FoMoCo, so it's the real McCoy.

Kevin Marti of Marti Auto Works. He can provide build info for you. You can also call Ford Customer Service and ask them for a History 999 report.
