Well She is fixed!
Got her back today. They fixed the pulling problem finally.
New rear rotors
New rear pads
New Rear calipers
New Rear brake lines
New Mirrors
Brakes fine now. Straight and true. Wind noise is drastically reduced. You can still hear the wind but it is not like before where it sounded like a leaking seal or a whistle. I can actually hear the tires at 75mph rolling on the pavement now. The mirrors look identical to the original ones except they are more flush mounted to the door. Hopefully I am good for now!

I had this happen on my old Ford truck once. Some where in the right rear brake line or hose there was some dirt or something in the line that acted like a check valve that allowed the brake fluid to go into the cylinder, but not return out of the cylinder. This one brake would start to drag at times overheating the drum and lining. Finally after burning up the brakes twice, I replaced all the rear brake lines and they worked fine after that.
May be that is what happened here also.

You may or may not beleive this. She is not fixed! The wind noise is lessend but the brakes still pull. They seemed fine for 50 miles or so, but now, they pull just as bad.
Maybe the master cylinder or ABS unit is faulty, who knows. I am at my limits with this truck!!
Maybe ABS valve?

Wow what a tough deal. I tend to think there is something in the brake line that is causing this. Although rare, it has happened that even a new brake hose will have a defect where the inner liner has come loose and acted like a check valve causing the fluid to be trapped in the caliper cylinder, making that caliper drag at times, but not at other times.
Although I have had other problems with my 07 now at 3500 miles, the brakes have (so far) been working perfect. The point being that the brakes are able to work fine in my 07 and they should be able to in yours too.
I would lean on the dealer to do what they have to do to repair them (even if they have to rip out the whole brake system) as this is a big time safety issue, not like a loose carpet problem, loose hub cap or something. If this causes a accident, Ford could be in trouble.
Think of it this way. If you were to take the whole brake system out of your 07 and place it on your kitchen table, some where sitting on that table is a problem. Now trash can everything on your table top. Place a whole new brake system on your table top. Problem gone. Install this on your 07, problem solved.
Ok may be this seems drastic, but it is better than having a wreck.
Please keep us informed.
